We were approached by a client – a jewelry factory. We are tasked with increasing brand recognition, setting up analytics, increasing the number of orders and reducing the cost of an order.
After a long briefing, we developed a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy (with CJM construction, market analysis, demand, competitor analysis, RFM analysis, etc.), thanks to which we determined the development paths of the project.
Problems:
- in difficult times for the economy, the factory had to learn to sell products independently;
- the network of dealers gave less and less sales;
- offline stores in the region, which covered the factory and sold jewelry, also saw a significant decrease in sales;
- plant equipment and people began to idle without work;
- the situation was critical for the factory;

What was done:
- conducted research on the market, demand, competitors;
- built a portrait of the target audience and divided it into segments;
- based on the above, a comprehensive promotion strategy was developed; proposals were created for everyone segment of the target audience;
- set up advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram with the help of a developed torrent;
- made SEO optimization;
- implemented email marketing.
